1. prepare for any examination online.
2. engage themselves in different types of educational activities during learning or practicing for different examinations.

MCQ Testseries reserves the right to change, update, suspend, make improvements to or discontinue any aspect of the service, temporarily or permanently at any time.

Collection of Information:

During registration, users agree:

1. to provide current, complete and accurate information as requested by MCQ Testseries;
2. to update registration information promptly to keep such information accurate, current and complete on MCQ Testseries platform;
3. to maintain the confidentiality of your password and other information related to the security of your account;
4. user shall be solely and fully responsible for all use of his or her account and for any actions that take place through his or her account;
5. Users are consented to be contacted by MCQ Testseries via phone calls and/or SMS notifications, in case of any order or shipment or delivery related updates; and
6. Users are consented to provide your examination registration information for the purpose of our internal estimation of successful candidates. If you do not provide the information, your partial or full access to the website content and/or other MCQ Testseries services may be blocked and no refund will be provided in such cases.

We take reasonable measures to protect the security of your personal information. This includes using industry-standard encryption technologies to protect sensitive information during transmission and implementing strict access controls to prevent unauthorized access to our systems.

We Do Not Store Banking Information, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Personal Identity Information like PAN, Aadhaar, Social Security, etc. We do not store or process any sensitive personal identity information such as PAN, Aadhaar, Social Security numbers, credit card or debit card information, or any other financial information. If you make a purchase through our website, the payment will be processed by a secure third-party payment processor.

Limitation on types of Damages or Limitation of Liability:

In no event will MCQ Testseries be liable to you or any third party claiming through you (whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or other theory) for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the access or use of, or the inability to access or use, the service or any portion thereof, including but not limited to the loss of use of the service, inaccurate results, loss of profits, business interruption, or damages stemming from loss or corruption of data or data being rendered inaccurate, the cost of recovering any data, the cost of substitute services or claims by third parties for any damage to computers, software, modems, telephones or other property, even if MCQ Testseries has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

MCQ Testseries's liability to you or any third party claiming through you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, is limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to MCQ Testseries for the service in the 12 months prior to the initial action giving rise to liability. This is an aggregate limit. The existence of more than one claim hereunder will not increase this limit.

Termination:

MCQ Testseries may terminate your access and use of the Service immediately at any time, for any reason, and at such time you will have no further right to use the Service.

You may terminate your MCQ Testseries account at any time by following the instructions available through the Service.

The provisions of these Terms and Conditions relating to the protection and enforcement of MCQ Testseries's proprietary rights, your representations and warranties, disclaimer of representations and warranties, release and indemnities, limitations of liability and types of damages, ownership of data and information, governing law and venue, and miscellaneous provisions shall survive any such termination.

Proprietary Rights:

All content available through the Service, including designs, text, graphics, images, information, software, audio and other files, and their selection and arrangement (the "Service Content"), are the proprietary property of MCQ Testseries or its licensors.

No Service Content may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, scraped, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, other than as expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions.

User may not use any data mining, robots, scraping or similar data gathering or extraction methods to obtain Service Content.

As between you and MCQ Testseries, all data and information generated from your access and use of the educational activities made available on or through the Service, including translated content generated by you (hereinafter referred as, the "Activity Data"), shall be exclusively owned by MCQ Testseries, and you shall not have any right to use such Activity Data except as expressly authorized by these Terms and Conditions.

Activity Data will not include material you submit for translation or any resulting translation. By using the Service, you hereby assign to MCQ Testseries any and all rights, title and interest, including any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights, in the Activity Data.

All rights of MCQ Testseries or its licensors that are not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved to MCQ Testseries and its licensors.

Trademarks:

"MCQ Testseries" and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Service are trademarks or service marks of MCQ Testseries or their respective owners.

Access and use of the Service does not grant or provide you with the right or license to reproduce or otherwise use the MCQ Testseries name or any MCQ Testseries or third-party trademarks, service marks, graphics or logos.

Refund Policy:

Individual requests for refunds will be looked after on a case to case basis and the respective amount, if eligible, will be refunded within one month of receiving the cancellation request. If the refund request is deemed eligible, the below mode of refund will be followed.

1. Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 28 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
2. Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account within 28 working days.
3. For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.

Privacy:

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, a copy of which is located at Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions, its subject matter and MCQ Testseries's and your respective rights under these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and you agree that the Courts of Kolkata will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute (contractual or non-contractual) concerning these terms.

Disclaimer:

MCQ Testseries do not represent or guarantee that this Platform will be free from errors or viruses. You acknowledge that this Website may be affected by outages, faults or delays. Such outages, faults or delays may be caused by factors, including technical difficulties with the performance or operation of our or another person’s software, equipment or systems, traffic or technical problems with the Internet or infrastructure failures.

MCQ Testseries do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage, however caused (including through negligence), that you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with your use of this Platform, nor do we accept any responsibility for any such loss arising out of your use of or reliance on information contained on or accessed through this Platform.

Miscellaneous:

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between MCQ Testseries and you concerning the subject matter hereof.

In the event that any of the Terms and Conditions are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

A waiver by MCQ Testseries or you of any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof.

MCQ Testseries may assign its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without condition.

These Terms and Conditions will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of MCQ Testseries and you, and MCQ Testseries's and your respective successors and permitted assigns.
